• Question: Why have we evolved to speak in so many different ways and not other animals?#swag

      All birds have different songs…..so species can certainly develop diversity in communication using sounds. However it was developing a speech and language by which we can describe things and concepts/ideas using a series of sounds or gestures that makes humans unique. It allows us to learn and teach, and most importantly to pass on that information to other people in other places. I think it was our greatest ever invention. Having had a quicl look on the internet I don;t think anyone has the answer as to why we are so unique.
