Hello
So Silicon Valley is quite a nice place to work, it’s sunny and 30min from San Francisco which is a very pleasant place. I was working in a small “start up” trying to make some new materials. It is called Translucent Inc. (Actually I’m not sure if it still exists…) So I my mission was to optimize a process called “molecular beam epitaxy”, to construct high efficiency solar cells, or handle big voltage in small device.
Molecular beam epitaxy is the process of depositing on atom on top of another basically so it very sensitive to all kind of stuffs, like temperature, pressure… Since everything is so small.
I did learn a lot in there.
