Question: what is the best thing about working with volcanoes

I like working on volcanoes for several reasons…. I like that we know relatively little and so every volcano has the ability to surprise us. I like that you can see new ground forming in front of your eyes, but I think the best, or at least the most impressinve thing is wating the power of a volcano in action. Evena relatively “boring” (predictable) volcanoe like Hawaii is pretty awesome close up (see the photos on my profile page)
