      That’s a difficult one. Personally, I think my greatest achievement is seeing one of my students get a position teaching geology to the next generation, and in seeing other people find my work useful. There is no Nobel prize in geology so I think I’ll have to be happy with that!

      In physics, the biggest prize you can get is the Nobel prize. Looking back over the past winners, there are some amazing discoveries that have shaped the world that we know today
