  I think that wormholes are usually thought of as going through a black hole and out of another one somewhere else. I have read several things about how it might be possible to survive in a black hole (though of course, nobody really knows!) and it might be that they can join up, but I’m not sure how you could get out again if you had to leave a black hole (not even light can escape them). I think that it would be many thousands of years before we can find out either way.
