• Question: Have you been on top of a volcano?

      Yes, I have have been to the top of several live volcanoes (and even more if you count the former volcanoes that are now extinct). I have been to active volcanoes in Italy, New Zealand, and Hawaii. I worked for a time as a volunteer for the Hawaii Volcano Observatory which meant I got to live and work on the top of the Kilauea volcano which has been constantly active since 1983. It was pretty exctiting. .
