• Question: Do you believe "Cold Fusion" to be possible and why?

      I’m sorry I don’t know what cold fusion is.
      Looking in Wikipedia, I don’t think some processes like this are possible because you usually “activate” the nucleus by giving it some energy before it can react and do fusion. In reverse fission is essentially cold because you don’t need to activate anything if you find the nucleus in an unstable state like it is the case for Uranium.
      I’m very unsure though for cold fusion, I should look it up in more details.

      I know there is an International program building the International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor in France. It will produce electricity using use fusion. More details here: http://www.iter.org/sci/Whatisfusion
