• Question: Did the world grow up from a star?

      Hi,
      In some sense yes. All the heavy elements (carbon, oxygen, iron…) come from stars. They are coming from hydrogen and helium that are present after the big bang. Inside the stars, these 2 elements react through a nuclear process called fusion and create heavier elements that are expelled outside the star at the end of it life.
      Sometimes these dusts expelled from the star interact through gravitation and create planets like Earth!
