      what a hard question…. the most challenging thing in the lab is when it’s going wrong and you don’t know why… it’s normally the end of the day and you’re tired and you just want to leave, but you need to re-run an experiment and fix whatever it was that made it not work…. It’s hard to be logical and sensible and work it all out, sometimes you just can’t
